i’m a south african actress

and certified Accent + dialect coach

I started playing with accents from a very young age, and never stopped!

Having lived in Los Angeles, London and Cape Town - and worked predominantly in the US and UK film + TV industries - I’ve used my accent/dialect work in (quite literally) 100% of the projects I’ve worked on. And so I thought; “why not share my experience, tools and research?”

So, whether you’re interested in accents just for the fun of it, or need proficiency in a specific accent for the work you do, welcome!

We’re rounding out our Wheel of Time inspired workshop series with three more incredible accents:

SCOUSE - think Liverpool, The Beatles and the shape-shifting *queen* that is Jodie Comer.

RP - think “Standard British”…though we will be digging into if such a thing even exists, and how this accent shows up differently in classic vs. modern day stories.

SCANDINAVIAN - think Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Which one, exactly? Stay tuned, specifics will be announced closer to the workshop date.
